GTECH Post Mobility Conference Sarajevo 2025: Exchange of Knowledge and Innovation in Vocational Education

On January 31, 2025, the GTECH Post Mobility Conference was held at the Sarajevo High School of Economics, bringing together 90 teachers from across Bosnia and Herzegovina for an inspiring exchange of knowledge and experiences.

The conference provided a platform for interactive networking and discussions on key topics shaping the future of vocational education. Using the World Café methodology, participants explored the integration of green technologies, innovative teaching methods, and entrepreneurship as essential elements for advancing the VET sector. The exchange of experiences gained through mobility programs in Ljubljana and Varaždin further enriched the discussions, offering insights into best practices from the region.

The focus was on the Challenge-Based Learning methodology, which encourages both students and teachers to develop skills and innovative thinking through practical tasks and real-world challenges.

What’s next?
In May 2025, as part of the GTECH project, a competition will be organized for 200 students, who will tackle challenges set by 10 companies. This competition will provide students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice and connect with potential employers.

A huge thank you to Sarajevo High School of Economics for hosting us, as well as to all participants, speakers, and partners who contributed to the success of this event!
