As part of the GTECH project, we analyzed what motivates teachers from Bosnia and Herzegovina to improve their knowledge and skills. The results are clear:

✅ The greatest interest is in innovative teaching methods and challenge-based learning
✅ Followed by entrepreneurial skills, green technologies, and sustainability in education
✅ Favorite learning format? – Workshops and hands-on activities!
✅ The biggest challenge in transferring knowledge: lack of time due to other responsibilities

This shows us that teachers are looking for practical tools, relevant knowledge, and inspiration for change – and that’s exactly what the GTECH project offers!
