Green Tech Entrepreneurship Challenge Hub for work-based learning
Challenge Hub is a digital environment designed for hands-on solving of real industry challenges through a structured learning process, with elements of gamification and adaptive learning.
• Connects schools, teachers, students and companies around specific challenges.
• Structures the process through phases, tasks and deliverable submissions.
• Integrates learning materials (video, text, presentations, external links) and quizzes.
• Supports evaluation and feedback (scoring, criteria, comments).
• Provides role-based dashboards (student / teacher / company / organizer).
• Includes communication features (teams, announcements/updates, notifications).
• Challenges defined by companies and/or organizers
• Process phases (stages/phases), timeline and criteria for entering phases
• Tasks: video, text, quiz, link submission or file upload
• Learning content and resources linked to the challenge

• The organizer sets up the competition, challenges and process phases.
• Schools and teachers are onboarded administratively (participant and rules setup).
• Students join, form teams and choose a challenge.
• Teams follow the learning content and complete tasks (video, quizzes, materials).
• Deliverables are submitted (upload or link) according to the phase rules.
• Evaluation and feedback (points + comments), team selection and results.
