Green Tech Entrepreneurship Challenge Hub for work-based learning
The “Green Tech Entrepreneurship Challenge Hub” project aims to build capacity of VET staff and promote entrepreneurship and innovation in green tech among VET providers and students in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH).
The project will establish a challenge based learning platform called “Challenge Hub” that will host innovation challenge competitions, connect VET providers with industry partners, and provide educational content on entrepreneurship and green tech. The project will also provide mobility training for VET staff members to Croatia and Slovenia to professionally develop their skills in challenge-based learning, entrepreneurship, and building industry partnerships.
Two Green Tech Entrepreneurship Challenge competitions will be held to allow students to display their innovation and entrepreneurial skills as part of the challenge-based learning process.
The project will also propose a policy change and action plan based on GAP analysis to promote work-based learning education in BIH. The project’s outcomes will provide students with entrepreneurial and innovation skills, better prepare them for future employment, and contribute to BIH’s economic development.
Our project is founded on a strong consortium of six organizations from Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, all with a strong record of accomplishment of experience and expertise in working with VET providers. By pooling our resources and perspectives, we are uniquely positioned to make a significant impact in promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in VET in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our international collaboration is key to establishing important connections with companies and organizations in different countries, which will offer valuable opportunities for VET providers and students to gain international experience and exposure, enriching their personal and professional development.
